Residuary Beneficiaries

As we are building Mutual wills, you are leaving everything to each other in the first instance. The Residuary Beneficiaries are usually your children. (Please provide full names, dates of birth, percentage interest and address).

Age of Majority

– The age your children will get their interest in your Estate. (Usually one of the following ages; 18, 21, 25 or 28)

You are the Executor of each other’s wills. We list a backup Executor/s that will act as the Executor only if you are each unable to do the job. (Please provide the full name, and full address for your Backup Executors):

Disaster Clause

N/A if not required. The Disaster Clause is if you are likely to travel with all your Residual Beneficiaries (usually your children). The Disaster clause will come into effect if all your beneficiaries were to pass at the same time. In the disaster clause you may wish to name people such as your parents, your brothers and sisters or charities etc. (Please provide full name/s, percentage interest and address).
